1. Introduction

Welcome to Crystal Clear Delivery, a curated online retailer of premium drinking glasses and related accessories. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of products from our store, your use of our website (the "Site"), and all interactions with our brand, including our custom engraving and secure, damage-free delivery services. By using our services and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To place an order with Crystal Clear Delivery, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding contract. You affirm that you will use our Site and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all our policies.

3. Account and Customer Responsibilities

You, the customer, agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, billing, and shipping information for all purchases. Providing a correct and secure delivery address and contact number is critical for the successful delivery of fragile glassware. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or if delivery information is incomplete or inaccurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. The individual who places the order is considered the primary responsible party for that transaction.

4. Product Representation and Artisanal Nature

Many products sold by Crystal Clear Delivery are artisanal, crafted by hand by skilled glassmakers. We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible through high-quality photography and detailed descriptions. However, you acknowledge that for hand-blown or handcrafted items, minor variations in shape, size, clarity, or the presence of tiny air bubbles are inherent characteristics of the craft and are not considered defects. These variations are a hallmark of true artisanship. An order is not confirmed until you receive an official order confirmation email from Crystal Clear Delivery.

5. Fees and Pricing

All product prices are listed in US Dollars ($) and are exclusive of any applicable sales tax, which will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Shipping fees are also calculated at checkout and added to the order total. Full payment is required at the time of order. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice, reflecting material costs and artisan fees.

6. Delivery and Receipt of Goods

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address where our courier can deliver safely. Our proprietary Crystal-Shield™ packaging is engineered to protect fragile items during transit. However, you are responsible for being available to receive the delivery and for promptly inspecting the package for any external signs of severe damage. Once our courier partner confirms delivery to the specified address, responsibility for the product's condition and security transfers to you. Crystal Clear Delivery is not liable for theft or damage that occurs after a confirmed delivery.

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Damage Policy

You may cancel a standard (non-customized) order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. For custom engraved orders, cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing the order; after this window, the order is final and cannot be canceled or refunded. For non-customized items, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging. You must contact our Support Desk to initiate a return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. In the rare event an item arrives damaged, you must contact our Support Desk within 7 days of delivery with a description of the issue and a clear photograph. At our discretion, we will offer a full refund or a free replacement.

8. Intellectual Property

The "Crystal Clear Delivery" name, logo, website content, text, product photography, and all related service names and brand assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Crystal Clear Delivery LLC. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access and use our Site for personal, non-commercial use. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our brand assets or Site content is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

You agree not to use our Site for any unlawful purpose or to post any content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringing. In no event shall Crystal Clear Delivery, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability in connection with any product purchased through our Site is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms, the courts of Essex County, New Jersey, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be posted on our Site, and the "Last Updated" date will be amended. Your continued use of our services after any such changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
